Another near miss this eveing...
Sky was with my daughter, on her shoulder
She just took off and landed down the loo
It had just had toilet duck put down it..
Sky swam around ..grabbed her fast...
Washed her all over..in clear warm water. twice...
She seems ok.. I dont think her head went under...
Dried her off in a towell and warmed her up with
the hair drier over the towell...
Just be warned everyone these birds go every where...
Keeping my eye on her tonight..
Fingers crossed things happen
so fast with these birds

I hope shes ok Jan, the problem with the toilet is normally when you put your hand in the bird goes around the bend :( If you washed her she should be ok as it will be when she preens herself that the toiletduck will get into her.

Wow that was scary eek eek do you have any of the aloe mist spray Jan? You could spritz her a couple times of day to help make sure it comes off. Just keep an eye on her. You acted very quickly so hopefully there isn't enough to bother her.

I think she'll be OK since you washed her off and her head didn't get wet. Ugh! These little guys can worry us so much!!

How is she today Jan

Toilet duck is a toilet cleaner, we don't use a real duck for this rasberry Although if it was called toilet cat I would be tempted to use the cat that sleeps on the bonnet of my car the ******d
