Very pleased to hear that he is ok Jan , he is probably the same as my boy Budge he can not fly as he was in a small cage for two years and never flew. The vets bills are the worst thing about pets :(

I am glad to here things are not to bad with drummer Jan, and i agree vet bills are ridiculous

I'm glad Drummer is hanging in there, Jan. Did the vet say he has Psittacosis? I think that's the one that both people and birds can get, but I've heard it's easily treated. Let us know how he's doing!

I only just saw this thread. Hope Drummer is doing ok. I know what you mean about the vet bills, I could have had a bloody good vacation with what I had to pay for Boo Boo drats :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ive had Drummers results back Im glad to say
he doesnt have what they 1st thought..
Hes picking up still on painkiller and anti
also the cream is working very slowly on his feet..
He has a visit again with the avian vet 3rd Feb...
(Think Ill need a loto win for all this lol...)

Thanks for asking all it helps when a bird is worrying

Glad to hear hes doing OK jan, do you have to rub the cream into his feet ? I am also pleased to here its not what you thought about as its transferable to the other birds :)

I'm so happy it wasn't what they thought it was :wub: The vet bills can make you have to take out a loan :lol: Please keep us updated I think about you and your birds everyday when I know something is wrong. :wub:

Yes Kevin we have to put the cream on
the sole of his feet!
Goes every where...LOL for being given to me
he has turned out expensive... but heyyyyyyyy
he is our pet... he is even begining to fly a little...
